Booking Policy

Submitting a booking request through HÄN Models does not confirm or guarantee a booking. All requests are reviewed by the agency based on talent availability, project details, production location, schedule, fees, usage rights, and commercial buyout requirements. The agency will contact the client to confirm the final details before proceeding. No booking is considered confirmed until all terms, fees, usage rights, production dates, and talent availability have been reviewed and agreed upon by both parties.

Clients are required to provide accurate and complete information when submitting a booking request. Any changes to the project brief, production schedule, location, usage rights, or commercial scope may affect availability, pricing, and final approval. Usage rights and commercial buyouts must be clearly stated before confirmation. This may include paid social and digital ads, e-commerce and organic web usage, print, out-of-home advertising, billboards, television commercials, or any other media usage. The duration of usage rights must also be confirmed, including whether the usage is for 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, or perpetual use.

Production dates may be submitted as an exact date or as a flexible production window. Flexible windows are subject to talent availability and do not guarantee that all requested dates will be available. By submitting this form, the client agrees to the Privacy Policy and consents to the processing of their data for the purpose of reviewing and fulfilling the booking request.

HÄN Models will only collect and process the information required to manage the inquiry and communicate with the client. All submitted information will be handled securely and used only for booking-related communication, availability checks, internal review, and follow-up. Clients may request deletion or anonymization of their data in accordance with applicable GDPR rights. Once the booking request is submitted, HÄN Models may contact the client by email or phone to discuss the project, confirm details, and provide the next steps.
